With investors now behind the vision, DryWater entered a new chapter. I continued partnering with the CEO, expanding the identity built in Phase One into a framework for growth — creative direction across digital, content, and production. At the center: expansion without distance. Growth that adds range without losing accent. DryWater didn't need a new voice for a bigger audience — it needed the same voice, fluent in more places.

I gave that idea a body across three surfaces. Digitally, I established the site's creative direction and foundational concept — extending the Phase One identity into visual language, UX principles, and brand expression; from there, the CEO and his team carried the website's design and development forward independently. For content, I built an exclusive video and photo guidelines system — how DryWater should be shot, styled, and produced across every future piece, with the same rigor as the brand's visual foundation. In production, I art directed the product photography myself, shaping how the product world would first be seen and felt on camera — a living system the brand could keep shooting from long after the project ended.

Where Phase One asked what DryWater believed, Phase Two asked how far that belief could travel.

Hydration isn't the whole story. What goes into the body matters as much as how it makes you feel. Not another "clean," sugar-free promise of less — a formula built to give more. Vitamins. Electrolytes. Real fruit. No fillers, no BS. Nothing to hide, for people who read labels and expect them to hold up.

I partnered directly with CEO Bryan Appio, translating his conviction into a brand — concept, narrative, packaging, identity, every call.

At the center sits Isocell: DryWater's proprietary technology, and the idea the whole brand carries. Isocell lets the formula move with the body instead of against it — nature, engineered rather than assumed. The narrative makes one point: a product can genuinely benefit the people who consume it, not just perform wellness.

I gave that idea a body — typography, color, layout, diagrams, motion, all precise and unornamented, in the same technical register as Isocell itself. The packaging carries that promise into hand. Black anchors the system, paired flavor by flavor with an accent from the fruit; otherwise the brand lives in black and white. Color was never the identity's job — the photography carries it, in the fruit, the activity, life itself. What I delivered: a complete guidelines system, built for DryWater to grow on its own terms.

This was never about building a brand for the market that existed. It was about building the case for the one that should.
